Not Everything is as It Seems ~ Episode 2

Sweetie?

The echo went through my cavernous house.

Sweetie? Sweetie? Sweetie? Sweetie? Sweetie?

I looked around, to answer the call.

But, it was as if darkness had filled the room,

And the pitch black as pitch as a squid's ink.

BEEP BEEP BEEP.

I swatted my alarm clock like a fly. 

It was just a dream. 

I walked away towards the door, yawning.

I got ready, and finally walked to school.

I wore some tights, because my overalls were still in the dryer.

and a blue shirt with a kitty that said, "You're purr-fect!" I didn't care what people thought.

I was tired of everyone. 

That day I was in the clear,

Yet, everyone was staring. 

It felt like their eyes no matter what direction I went in, they followed like chick following it's mother. I thought.And within seconds I was knocked out, I saw cherry red stains all over the school, the moment I awoke. But, no one was at the school. I screamed. But, just like my dream, it echoed, like I was in a cavern. Suddenly, I was in a dark room, that smelled like cleaning supplies? I realized, I was in the Janitor's Closet. I screamed for days. I tried to open the door but, it was locked. Finally, after the weekend. The janitor came back. He opened the door, surprised to see me with my hair in curls and my eyes wide open, I looked like I hadn't eaten in years.

Just as I was about to leave,

BEEP BEEP BEEP.

I swatted my alarm clock like a fly again.

This felt like a time loop.

Awakening, awakening.

One second it felt like real life then a dream.

And then a fire...

Deep in the distance.

I suddenly got trapped, trying to save my parents.

I screamed like I had for days.

But, suddenly, everyone disappeared.

And again.

BEEP BEEP BEEP.

....

BEEP BEEP BEEP.

....

Why was this happening?

Finally, things became normal.

And my eyes looked worn out.

By the end of the time loop,

I was as skinny as a person who hadn't eaten in years.

Because, I noticed through the time loop.

No matter what it was, I never ate.

Suddenly, I felt someone grasp me and some say, I disappeared that day.

Then... how am I writing this... you ask?

Not Your Average Student ~ Part 5

There was a time. When, *sigh* life goes up.

But, I swear, you will see a pattern.

Whenever you think your life is perfect!
The perfectness turns to nothingness.And I... wish life wouldn't do that.

When I was just... a wee little girl...

I was so happy to be with my real father.

I wish people wouldn't suddenly have to get so emotional because LIFE

just does that,

Do you ever wish that...

You... I don't know... had an ultimate supply of luck?

Because just when life gives you the good luck, they hand you the bad.

Not Everything is As it Seems Episode 1

(Hey guys! I got you guys a first person story)


I want ya'll to know that this is my story. My name is "Maggie" or so it was...
Just ignore that! I will explain later.

I lived with my parents and they were awesome and kind. They treated me like an angel.
And I loved them.
To my surprise, and maybe yours, they never fought. Even when I wasn't watching.
I thought it was unusual to fight, for parents at least.

I am a very sarcastic girl.
I mean... There was this one girl who bullied me for wearing braids. On a casual day I wear ocean-colored denim overalls and I love to draw, but I suck at it, I have a light yellow hair color that shines like gold in a pot.
But enough about how I look.
My life was, well... an ordinary life!
I come from brazil.
I wish that I could say I had a picture perfect life.
I actually did. But, everything is not as it seems.
Ya'll know the saying Don't cry over spilled milk right?
Well, that was the saying that ruined my life.
Well, first off I had a friend.
She was actually the one who drew that picture.
She committed... I don't want to talk about it.
She was an artist. She had me and another girl. Although, she didn't hang out with me as much.
So, a boy came up to me and literally spilled milk all over my new denim overalls. They cost $25.00 and my parent's usually don't take me shopping out a lot cause they don't want me to get to spoiled.
I wasn't about to cry right then and there because of that, duh! He actually got some in my eye and shouted, "What a SpOiled BRaT, Oh! Did I ruin your $350.00 overalls, SO YoUr CRYING?!" The whole school bursted into laughter. They know how kind my mother and father are so, I guess I'm considered a spoiled brat? "Well, back off! Because your life is so perfect, some bullying wouldn't hurt, would it?!" The boy said. "#$%*#, you listen here now you are assuming because I have freaking overalls I am a brat?" Everyone gasped in surprise. They thought I was clean and innocent.
Some girl then screamed, "You think you're cool for saying that? We say that everyday. You aren't even in our league, saying cuss words is goin' to ruin your picture perfect reputation." The room was silent. Until, someone said, "That's not true---" A teacher came and saw milk on my clothing. "MAGGIE, PRINCIPAL'S OFFICE NOW! JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE RICH. DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN SPILL MILK ON SOMEONE ELSE."

I tried to talk... "NO, NOW!"
"YOU ACCIDENTALLY SPILLED IT ON YOURSELF, HUH?"
"No, miss, Jonathan spilled it on me and said I was a brat--"
"YOU KNOW BETTER THAN THAT! FRAMING PEOPLE?! JONATHAN IS MY SON! HE IS AN ANGEL!"
Jonathan smiled innocently. Then, he stared into the depths of my soul and stuck out his tongue.
I hated everyone. But, that didn't ruin my life, yet. 
The next day, anyone who could tripped me and said, "Oh, honey, you don't need to cry over spilled milk." My mom noticed me even once coming home with scars. She was disappointed and for some reason she assumed I was fighting people. Why was everyone assuming?

Glow ~ A short story

And that was the end of it.

The last thing she saw, a glow.

The last thing she heard, a 

scream.

Out of everything she could've done,

her passion was to find the woman

who blinded her life.

Let's start from the beginning.

CHAPTER 1

"Mom, I'm going to school,"

Levi said, with a great mood.

Her mom didn't answer.

So, she called out again.

No answer.

Her mom was asleep.

In school,

                                                       She got bullied; scars and stitches

but, she managed to stay positive

after all,

this was quite cheesy and she had

to admit,

she was sometimes mean.

No one was perfect.

But, just the way she was so positive

it creeped some out.

If she got punched,

she smiled.

Tripped,

she got happier.

What if... pain was her happiness?

CHAPTER 2

"Sweetie, please come down!"

Levi's mom said.

That one fateful day.

That trap.

Her mom's eyes, glowing, brightly.

And a woman.

"What do you want?!"

She screamed.

She said nothing and within a few seconds Levi fainted.

But, it was not the end of her.

When she woke up, all she could do was feel pain.

Good pain.

But it stopped.

This woman changed her life.

She didn't want the pain anymore

She was mad.

She wanted to like pain.

She WANTED TO BE INVINCIBLE!

But, that woman changed her.

She was gloomy.

She couldn't take pain.

She was mean.

She couldn't stand up for herself.

But, in the corner of her eye,

she saw,

her old life.

She was blinded to be changed.

She couldn't look back at the life no matter how much

she tried to change her direction. 

CHAPTER 3

Levi set out to find this woman.

After years,

and years,

to the point where Levi couldn't take it.

She fought the woman.

She took her down

but she used her reflexes to sly and

GGG-AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh

and a glow.

The glow was so bright it turned back her vision.

But,

she fell down.

And the glow died.

Almost.

The glow was strong

But because of that,

some darkness took over,

which is why we have day and night.

Naturnela's scream vibrates the whole isolated place.
Owen: Uhh... do ya'll know where the heart is?
Melissa: Um, according to... my watch, it says, they aren't killed by the heart... it's the brain.
Naturnela forgets what she is doing and stops screaming.
Heptica: This thing has a brain?

INTERFERENCE ALERT---
Heptica: DO THIS ONE MORE TIME I WILL--
Jialian: You know... You are the interference...
Heptica: ....
Heptica: J-just continue!

Melissa: AHHHHHH!!!
Naturnela grabs her by the neck.
Naturnela: (cutely and innocently) Hi.
Olivia: what happened? Is that really it;'s voice?
Naturnela lets go of Melissa.
Naturnela: See, my whole life... people have tried to kill me for the key. But, I eat them. I don't think people understand. I have a family.
Melissa: I see and I knew that. We aren't killing you, you're coming with us.
Hector: How does she know every frickin thing?
Melissa: Umm... this family friendly...
Hector: OH COME ON!!

My Awesome Vacation

   Recently, I just experienced an astonishing trip with my family. It was super great because I usually don't get much time with my family to go out and have a vacation. It was 9 days! In total, we drove 3,200 miles (about, by the way if you add it all up you get 3117 but, including restroom stops, meals, and gas it took more time and the speed limits).
  The first day was a driving day, we drove from, California to Tucson, Arizona it was on December 21st, 2019 and it took 470 miles (7 hr, 7 min). We stayed Holiday Inn and the room was nice. It had the basic needs, sink at the door, small bathroom right across which included a shower/bath and a toilet with a towel rack above it and just a small hallway to get to the two queen beds, with a TV and table across from. I watched cooking shows and cartoons and we stayed on the 1st floor. My family and I ate ramen.
  The 2nd day we drove to Phoenix, Arizona and to keep myself entertained I made a short trailer from iMovie called "The Gans on The Loose" and for the pictures I used an app that made things distorted but I got rid of it because my mom didn't like it. We also went to Saguaro National Park and watched a movie about how saguaros have a human resemblance and took a short trail. I also learned that the skeleton of the saguaro looks like wood. After visiting, we stayed in SpringHill Suites by Marriott and had a great stay. It had a couch at the front of the door which had a pull out bed + sofa bed and had a desk with essentials and a long coffee table, passing through the wide open spaced hallway you see a TV on a table and there are two very nice queen beds with two tall lanterns and a hanging TV. When you go into another side area here is a nice sink included with lotion and soft, velvety creamy colored towels. and a bathroom across from it that includes a toilet and a shower/bathtub. I watched youtube on the TV. This was on December 22, 2019 - my parent's birthday (they share one and I gave them presents). It took 113 miles (1 hr, 39 min) We visited Arizona State University and we visited an art exhibit there and took a few steps down and saw a library. Also, my family and I got to eat delicious Thai food with our cousin and uncle.
  The 3rd day we went to Albuquerque and also stayed at Holiday Inn. We stayed there for two days actually. The first day staying at Albuquerque my dad told me that 25% of New Mexico's population lived here and he told me about different timezones. This was on December 23, 2019 The next day it was snowing and the irony I find in that is we went to eat Baskin Robins - an ice cream place. I ate cherry blast, I think. After that, we went to the mall and my mom bought my sister a Christmas present since it was Christmas Eve and I couldn't decide so, she said she would get me on later, we played with Jenga (giant version) block and some giant building blocks(not Jenga) After hanging out at that mall we left to eat at an Italian restaurant and I got Margherita pizza and it was delicious! It took 419 miles (6 hr, 41 min).
  The 5th day we traveled all the way to Lubbock, Texas and it was 321 miles away! (5 hr, 7 min.) We stayed at Holiday Inn in a small room and visited Texas Tech, gazing at the beautiful features and eye-catching campus. There was a bull statue that I pretended to ride and a humungous arrow stuck in the ground where I pretended to be trying to pull it out. That night, my family and I ate pizza that was of course delicious! My family and I traveled about 373 miles (5 hr, 51 min). This occurred December 25, 2019. Christmas.
  The 6th day we traveled to Austin, Texas, where my older brother and sister were born and the college my dad and mom used to go to when they came to America. Now, we live in quite a small house for quite a big family. But, it turns out my sibling were born in a huge house! The rent cost a lot though, so my parents sold it out to someone. We also visited 2 other houses that my parents rent out for other people. They had 8 houses total! They also showed us the apartment they used to live in.  My family and I ate Outback Steak Barbecue. We stayed there for another day and they showed us the graduate school they went to UT Austin. It stand for The University of Texas at Austin. We also stayed at Holiday Inn and like all other times we had a refreshing breakfast and stay. And of course, that night we ate County Line Barbecue. These two days were December 26 & 27th, 2019. Of course, My family and I traveled 79 miles (1 hr, 19 min) to San Antonio.
   The 8th day, my family went to San Antonio, Texas where we visited Alamo Mission. We got to learn about the architecture, the fight, and more! We also went on this river walk, where you walk along the river and a downtown place. My family and I stayed at Holiday Inn, of course the stay there is always great and they have complimentary breakfast. (I almost said free, which is kind of true). That night, my family and I ate takeout Thai food. This occurred December 28, 2019. Then, My family and I traveled 597 miles (8 hr, 39 min) to Las Cruces. We stayed at another Holiday Inn, which I admit was a bit worn down, we ate ramen and since it was all driving that day all we had time to do was play some games, shower and then sleep.
    The 9th day, we then traveled all the way back home to California! Which took 745 miles(11 hr, 43 min). We stopped and several gas stations and ate at Chipotle. We were finally home, it felt good to be in the comfort of home, especially since I heard in order to conserve energy they usually don't wash the blankets and I'm kind of germaphobic. That was my awesome vacation.
