Learn To Swim (Requested By My Dad)

Learn To Swim:
First of all, today we are going to learn backstroke, doggy paddle, freestyle, and just.. floating.
FIRST: Basics of doggy paddle: Stay in the water like you are standing up and kick against the water and motion your hands back in forth, there you have it, doggy paddle!
SECOND: Basics of floating: lay in the water like you are sleeping with your face torwards the sky.
THIRD: Basics of backstroke: try floating (look at steps before) but this time kick your legs, and motion you hands from the water into the sky and back down so that you know if you are about to bump into something, you feel it!
FOURTH: Basics of Freestyle: If you are in a pool, put your feet pushing against the wall, with your hands in a triangle shape in front of your face, (make sure to have goggles on, if you don’t it’s okay, just try to look straight) kick back against the wall and kick through the water and if you need to breath put one hands floating on top of the water with the other hand up in the air kind of curved with your head on the side breathing, try to alternate the sides you breath on and when you are not breathing and are underwater try to keep you hands in a triangle shape just right in front of you like you started.

These are the basics of swimming! You might need to know them, they are four simple things you can learn right now!
