My Awesome Vacation

   Recently, I just experienced an astonishing trip with my family. It was super great because I usually don't get much time with my family to go out and have a vacation. It was 9 days! In total, we drove 3,200 miles (about, by the way if you add it all up you get 3117 but, including restroom stops, meals, and gas it took more time and the speed limits).
  The first day was a driving day, we drove from, California to Tucson, Arizona it was on December 21st, 2019 and it took 470 miles (7 hr, 7 min). We stayed Holiday Inn and the room was nice. It had the basic needs, sink at the door, small bathroom right across which included a shower/bath and a toilet with a towel rack above it and just a small hallway to get to the two queen beds, with a TV and table across from. I watched cooking shows and cartoons and we stayed on the 1st floor. My family and I ate ramen.
  The 2nd day we drove to Phoenix, Arizona and to keep myself entertained I made a short trailer from iMovie called "The Gans on The Loose" and for the pictures I used an app that made things distorted but I got rid of it because my mom didn't like it. We also went to Saguaro National Park and watched a movie about how saguaros have a human resemblance and took a short trail. I also learned that the skeleton of the saguaro looks like wood. After visiting, we stayed in SpringHill Suites by Marriott and had a great stay. It had a couch at the front of the door which had a pull out bed + sofa bed and had a desk with essentials and a long coffee table, passing through the wide open spaced hallway you see a TV on a table and there are two very nice queen beds with two tall lanterns and a hanging TV. When you go into another side area here is a nice sink included with lotion and soft, velvety creamy colored towels. and a bathroom across from it that includes a toilet and a shower/bathtub. I watched youtube on the TV. This was on December 22, 2019 - my parent's birthday (they share one and I gave them presents). It took 113 miles (1 hr, 39 min) We visited Arizona State University and we visited an art exhibit there and took a few steps down and saw a library. Also, my family and I got to eat delicious Thai food with our cousin and uncle.
  The 3rd day we went to Albuquerque and also stayed at Holiday Inn. We stayed there for two days actually. The first day staying at Albuquerque my dad told me that 25% of New Mexico's population lived here and he told me about different timezones. This was on December 23, 2019 The next day it was snowing and the irony I find in that is we went to eat Baskin Robins - an ice cream place. I ate cherry blast, I think. After that, we went to the mall and my mom bought my sister a Christmas present since it was Christmas Eve and I couldn't decide so, she said she would get me on later, we played with Jenga (giant version) block and some giant building blocks(not Jenga) After hanging out at that mall we left to eat at an Italian restaurant and I got Margherita pizza and it was delicious! It took 419 miles (6 hr, 41 min).
  The 5th day we traveled all the way to Lubbock, Texas and it was 321 miles away! (5 hr, 7 min.) We stayed at Holiday Inn in a small room and visited Texas Tech, gazing at the beautiful features and eye-catching campus. There was a bull statue that I pretended to ride and a humungous arrow stuck in the ground where I pretended to be trying to pull it out. That night, my family and I ate pizza that was of course delicious! My family and I traveled about 373 miles (5 hr, 51 min). This occurred December 25, 2019. Christmas.
  The 6th day we traveled to Austin, Texas, where my older brother and sister were born and the college my dad and mom used to go to when they came to America. Now, we live in quite a small house for quite a big family. But, it turns out my sibling were born in a huge house! The rent cost a lot though, so my parents sold it out to someone. We also visited 2 other houses that my parents rent out for other people. They had 8 houses total! They also showed us the apartment they used to live in.  My family and I ate Outback Steak Barbecue. We stayed there for another day and they showed us the graduate school they went to UT Austin. It stand for The University of Texas at Austin. We also stayed at Holiday Inn and like all other times we had a refreshing breakfast and stay. And of course, that night we ate County Line Barbecue. These two days were December 26 & 27th, 2019. Of course, My family and I traveled 79 miles (1 hr, 19 min) to San Antonio.
   The 8th day, my family went to San Antonio, Texas where we visited Alamo Mission. We got to learn about the architecture, the fight, and more! We also went on this river walk, where you walk along the river and a downtown place. My family and I stayed at Holiday Inn, of course the stay there is always great and they have complimentary breakfast. (I almost said free, which is kind of true). That night, my family and I ate takeout Thai food. This occurred December 28, 2019. Then, My family and I traveled 597 miles (8 hr, 39 min) to Las Cruces. We stayed at another Holiday Inn, which I admit was a bit worn down, we ate ramen and since it was all driving that day all we had time to do was play some games, shower and then sleep.
    The 9th day, we then traveled all the way back home to California! Which took 745 miles(11 hr, 43 min). We stopped and several gas stations and ate at Chipotle. We were finally home, it felt good to be in the comfort of home, especially since I heard in order to conserve energy they usually don't wash the blankets and I'm kind of germaphobic. That was my awesome vacation.

King

   From the very day I was born, I was a king. I was worshipped by all people of my nation-- Manilantia. Manilantia is a place of peace. When there is war, people are asked to go beyond the entrance. Back to what that means later. No one could be harmed! All my life, I was treated as a king. Even when I was just a prince. My dad was growing sick and weary and it was only a matter of time before I had to become king! I was always bowed down to in my prince school, even though all were royalty.
  I was treated like a king, bullies were asked to bow down to me or be sent to the dungeon. I have power...

Thanksgiving Dinner

   Yesterday, I ate a great Thanksgiving dinner. All the basics, we talked about all of our "thanks" and we ate the basic stuff as well: Some turkey and the stuffing was:  chopped onions, carrots, and celery and the food around it was brussel sprouts along with the cutest mini potatoes! We had cranberry sauce and cider,  we also had some other things like mashed potatoes and all that but, my favorite pumpkin pie! We even added whipped cream on top.

Dear Diary,

      I've had enough of humans! All they do is criticize people if they aren't good enough, the government and society make us do so much. And yet, even my parents helped humans. Humans treat them wrong. Just because we are different. I don't believe it. Humans only criticize. They assume. I hate humans. Even my mom... she doesn't... understand... I've seen her criticize creatures even if she thinks I don't. I hate my dad. I'm running away. He's also like the rest of them. Humans criticize, assume, and if you are different they try to do cruel things. Like bullying, staring, and just assuming that our lives are perfect. The society isn't good no matter how much humans try to pretend they are trying to change for the better, like, planting, no good, you still are using it for YOUR good. Monsters don't need homes. Monsters survived and adapt like animals, we don't chop down trees. We don't pollute the earth.  Us? We don't eat anything unless it's good or evil. What do I mean, you say? I mean we eat essences of good or evil. No wonder I don't eat normal 'human' food.
     Humans shouldn't criticize, you never know how someone's life is. You never know if you are making them miserable, don't assume. Just because we are different we are bad. You know what. I'm running. Out the door. Just to see what actual humans say to everyday things. Like someone walking by, with a disastrous haircut,
     Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!
Who's laughing, diary, you say? I said this to everyone at a comedy show, why are they laughing? They are cruel. That's why. They thought I did that to make them laugh. Goodbye, Diary.

   Ok, so... you're PROBABLY thinking.. if the picture I saw... was of two really pale people... that they are ghosts? Right? If yes, you're wrong. I have no idea! I searched up.. I don't know why... 'really pale creature' weird pictures showed up.. the two people kind of looked like them but.. just.. more human-like and... pale..? They may have run away because they felt like they weren't wanted... but... I do realize I am pale... except i don't have weird teeth like them... Diary? I know... you can't talk to me.. and this is stupid but... I know... I sound stupid. Who makes it seem like their diary is alive? huh? I don't know... but.. I feel so idiotic. The pictures... keep flashing... NO! Is that... my parents... they are biting an innocent person.... wait! NO! That's not them... that's.. them! They're saving the person! Wait.. if they saved someone... why would they want to run away...?

   Now, after that big fight... Do you remember when I said people... were... staring..? People had spread the rumor that was true... it was that... I was adopted... somehow one of the people my mom's friend's son had seen the DNA results and found out the whole story by my mom and his mom. He found out that... I... I.. Didn't tell you before... but my "biological father" is my adoptive father... I just didn't want to go to into detail. I don't know what happened to my biological parents... but... I...I... I'm telling you the real story... I'm sorry I lied, I'm just worried someone might find you diary, and... whatever! But... my biological mother & father just--- disappeared! They were nowhere in sight... and the creepiest part.. was that... my last name is Mack so when the doctors looked for last names with Mack no records related to me showed up, the nursing home tried to take care of me but, eventually they just threw me out because they realized if I had no parents no one could pay the loan
And then... my 'biological father', they called him that from then on took care of me... and the rest is true... like the whole stepmother thing... but, most people thought I was a ghost... but, there is ONE thing I remember... :/ it's that... this picture in my mind of two faces that look a bit like me had no face... really pale... and transparent...

   After school, all I can think about is the people shouting at me saying... "Cut! Cut," "What did I say this time..? Sigh." "Is this really how you are going to show this movie to the world? Next time, try better. Your real life story... hmm... is that really how you feel, is that all you're gonna say--" Her producer shouts. "Mhm, it's a DIARY, what do you expect? I feel how I feel, period. Nothing else."  Why don't you tune in for the next episode. I am getting in a big fight with my producer. And, if you're confused... I am telling what ACTUALLY happened to me, I was forced to do a movie about my life, and my dad could really use the help because we could get a lot of money...

    So, you all know that thing where evil always loses and good always WINS! Right? Well, this story isn't very original at all because everyone make bad or sad stories now, well, almost. Anyways, continuing on. You are probably wondering if I have a dad... yes I do! My biological father actually.. Yes.. The woman at the beginning isn't my real mother.. she is in fact my stepmother, but she treats me like her actual daughter, my actual mom died several years ago due to.. who knows what... and, I feel like my actual mom wasn't like my real mom... she died because she thought she was to young to take care of me... seriously?
    She was nearly 30, that's normal.. or she could've been lying... she may've left for something else, but how do I know? She died shortly after. She left my dad all alone with me. I was 5 at the time, I didn't feel a bit of heartbreak on me, I barely knew this woman. She never changed my diaper or did anything for me even when I was a baby, even when she hadn't left. My dad did everything! My dad got over her quickly, saying that they only got married so that they didn't get bullied for being losers or loners with no friends, and they left otherwise. But, when there was a crowd, they quickly sprung back together. Then, a few days later, he met Alice, he met her at a cafe, she was kind and had shown dad that she was capable of taking care of a child, she was kind to me and made me smile and laugh, three weeks later, there was an engagement ring on her finger and a smile on my face. And now, I live with her. I am essentially fifteen... and I go to Henisville High School. And.. one day, I... saw the look on my mom's face... and the bump on her tummy, "Where the heck did you eat?" I say, confused. Nearly crying, she says "You're going to have a baby brother.." before I can say a word, she hugs me, crying. I start crying too..

  I'm ten minutes away from freaking out... my mom doesn't say a word with a baby in her hands and then, her eyes open. We walk home slowly... but suddenly when I got back to school... I have faces... staring at me, Everyone looking at me weirdly.. what's their problem...?

Camp Sherman

8/25/19... Camp Sherman.         

    So, the other day on Friday, I went to Camp Sherman..., here's how it started! Basically, when school ended, I went with my friend Lizzy and we headed to her house, which was a walking distance away. When we got to her house we were playing games and fighting with Gwen (Her Twin Sister) And after that, we went to Vista Verde and we chatted with our friends for a while, and then, we left on a car. I went with Priyanka, Lizzy, and Priyanka's dad. We drove about 2 hours (Mainly because of traffic) then we headed to Subway and ordered food, we decided to save the food for later. Then we left and headed a bit about an hour towards Camp Sherman. When we got there, it was pretty late and maybe about... 8:00 at night... we went into the dining area called the "Massey Hall".

   We finished our food there and after we finished, we all went on a little night stroll, when we got to the top, we all turned off our flashlights and it was super cool. The bright stars 🌟 ✨ ⭐️ were so bright! Then, after she pointed out all the beautiful constellations (the staff), we headed back to our cabins and settled in to our beds, choosing our bunks, I chose a top bunk over my friend Rhea's, and Amelia was on the bunk near the door with her mom on the bunk, and on the other side of my bunk (my bunk was in the middle) was with Priyanka on the bottom bunk, and Lizzy on the top bunk near the dresser. Then, we headed to sleep, we rustled a little in all but we eventually slept.

     The next morning we actually got to the fun stuff. But, first, I must explain the stuff that happens on a normal day... sadly.. so, we all woke up in the morning, got ready, changed clothes, brushed our teeth, yeah, that stuff.. then, we headed to the Massey Hall all together to eat our breakfast. I ate Bacon & Eggs, plus a bagel, peaches, and muffins. (They said stuff yourself with as much food as you want, so, why not?) Then, after we ate and threw away our leftovers, we walked back to our cabin, we brushed our teeth, and had what I called an 'intermission', talking, building forts, anything! So then, later, we headed to something called flag where basically the staff put up the flag while we all stood in a circle around them and the flag, (along with other girl scouts troops) and we said the Pledge of Allegiance and the girl scout promise. Then, we headed back and had another one of theses 'intermissions', and you probably know what I'm talking about Future Me.

      Then, we went into small groups, I went into the small group I was driving with too here and so did everybody else. We then took a little dirt path after we left the cabin and we were headed to canoeing! After they explained the rules and we wore our life jackets, the boat could only fit four people each so we went in as the same group once again, other groups of our troop and other troops did the same. We canoed (The staff taught us how) and just went strolling around the lake and hanging out and looking at HOW deep the lake looked and probably was, after we thought it was about time to stop canoeing, we went to shore, got out of the boat, and walked along the dirt path to find the next station we wanted to go to, which wasn't very far...

    We went to the horseback-riding place except the next ride on the horses was at 11:15 and it was about 10:40, so, we went to a different station instead, to make time go by faster when it was time to go

 After waiting in line, (lots of people wanted to do it) we got our harnesses on and just in case we had a rope that would slowly go down if we fell down that was attached to the harness. I went up about halfway and my friend, Lizzy reached the top, and Priyanka also went about halfway. When we were done, it was about time to go horseback riding.

     We got to the tents or you could say/stables/pens whatever you want, the horses were in it whatever you said. They taught us the western posture on the horse and the correct way to ride the horse, and what to do if your horse stopped, we went in, wore some helmets that they provided us with, and we started going out one by one, the first person in line was Priyanka and I'm pretty sure that she got a horse named Reno, and I got a horse named Tex, after everyone had got on a horse, we went up the trails, and across, and it felt safe to know how to handle the horse, Tex was a very obedient horse, and I liked him. So, after we got back from the trail, we sat down and they also told us we would have petting zoo tomorrow. Then we ate lunch...

     I ate some chili, fruit punch, and some lettuce on the side. Then we went back and started building forts across the room spreading blankets everywhere.

<> Bootiful diamonds... Anyways, lol we went to do archery and I was kind of bad but, my friends were quite good! And oh.. since we had to wait before we could try archery, We were playing Jenga (with our hands) cause we were bored. And other games like coconut and the slappy hands game, plus the down by the banks game.

          We then walked to Arts and crafts which was pretty cool but, people who didn't want to walked to the pool which was super close, we all had changed into our bathing suits and for some reason we had to take a short shower before walking into the pool, but after we did, (it was super cold) we played around, splashed around, and played with some floaties, also we played Who Has the Best Cannonball/Jump/Dive or whatever they COULD do, and we played What time is it, Mr. Narwhal? Which is like what time is it Mr. Fox, except in the pool. We played for so long but, then it was time to head back to the cabin. So, we did. And on the way, I talked a bit with our troop leader.

      We got to the cabin and I showered and dried off and put on my clothing, Then, I continued to build a cool fort, which some people used as a changing room but, it probably wasn't that good cause people could still kind of see from the top bunk and other side... but whatever! Then... we went to dinner

       I ate tacos, juice, fruit, and a cookie.  My friends ate very similar things to me.

    We then walked back after watching our friends all makeup skits, we went to this thing called campfire, it was basically a fake fire inside, but it was still cool! Then everyone sang songs and we all did skits, I didn't participate in it but, the people in my troop made two funny skits. And everyone laughed! 😆. Then, we went back and got settled in our bunks, all ready for a new day!  😊  but, not so fast! We told funny stories before going to bed, everyone came up to my bunk and bought stuff from their bunks to make themselves comfortable and we told FUNNY stories, it kind of helped me sleep 😴and we told like a few riddles as well. After that, everyone fell asleep, and the next day my ears hurt like crazy! It was probably because of swimming. But, anyways, we woke up the next day and got ready.

     We then went to breakfast, I ate eggs, sausage, tater tots, a bagel, peaches, and some apple juice. Then, we did Flag, which was, if you didn't remember, we did the Pledge of Allegiance and The Girl Scout Promise. Then, we did something called a girl scout own, it was  a moment we take to remember all the fun stuff we did at camp, and then, we went too petting zoo, and we got to pet the horses and feed them apples, then, we learned how to groom a horse, and pick their hooves. We also learned about the saddle, and the stuff on them. Then, we started to clean the cabin, it was time to say Goodbye to Camp Sherman. We cleaned and packed, and made sure we had everything like we saw it first and then we left. In the same groups.

   I'm funny, is that really true...? I think not... and it stayed like that for a long time, petals fell to the floor as I tried to find out my traits, but funny was the only one that said yes, okay maybe I asked if I should do it the hard way or not and it said yes, but... yah... I meant the only trait, I walk into school trying to be funny, but, instead of laughing with them at my jokes, I'm the one being laughed at. How could I care less? These ignorant imbeciles. Who cares? And.. I know.. that's mean but, how other way should I describe them? They have no talent yet they were put into the gifted and talented class. Sigh, whatever, at least some of them actually study instead of just... looking off my paper on a test, and half texting in class. I mean... no one really bullies me anyways.... I don't really care... why should I? I never was funny, I don't have a single trait that one lie to me. Most people would've left by now, my story has nothing interesting whatsoever.. The rocks collide, as the cave collapses, you stand there letting the rocks fall on your head. -------------................-----^----------^------^-----^----^---^---^------------------------------- Beep Beep Beep Beep. The last noises you hear on earth. You in this case, find yourself in your afterlife.
       With no more time to spare, you are asking yourself all these questions, answering the questions carefully... one step. AT A TIME. Don't let it hurt you, make yourself believe... that you are actually living in a alternate universe... No doubt... you don't even remember how it happened...all you remember is eating a cupcake then BOOM! You fell into a deep sleep and you see the slimy ugliness, it drives you crazy! How did this happen? It was either the cupcake or the end table, you don't know what to believe... your other theory is... sigh.... a sort of long story...
      You don't know what could've happened. It all started with a bet.... You stood there looking at your friend, only friend after 22 years of life, with an icy glare in your eyes. "No way am I doing that! We are at a nightclub sure... but I am not doing that!" You watch as your friend drinks and drinks and goes crazy, you bring your friend home, although she is very heavy You lay your friend on her couch but tiredly and unconsciously you hit the end table with your head. But, the last theory could be true as well.... you remember doing all these things but your brain is making you feel like you only have one real theory...
    Could be the car accident but, it sounded to cheesy for you... but here's the recap anyways... You left hurriedly from your job knowing, that you hate your boss, you hate your co-worker you hate everyone there! Their all to passive aggressive or.. to violent or always negative, the place is a bit gloomy, ya say? You leave without thinking about the friends you made who were at least not as gloomy.... You run up to your boss, with a certain look on your face, with your teeth stuck together like the top & bottom row were glued together saying: "I quit," before you boss can grab you back or something, you run, seeing him running after you saying "WAIT! I need... workers... like... you..." running, he is breathing so hard, you just quit it, keep running, and the lights are green without a moment of realization you run and run, until you see tires screeching right over you... You think you're invincible for a second then....  CRASH! SCREECH! KABOOM! Beep...Beeep..Beep...
     How do you forget things this easily in your afterlife..? Until... you realize something, there are people staring at you. Well, they don't look exactly like people, they have scaly hands going all the way up to their hands, but 3 of them catch your eye, They have spiky fins on the back of them and glorious tails that drag across the floor, you also realize they have crowns and they have the mouths dropping and tear shedding.  You looks at yourself... and think Why are they staring? Do I smell? So You sniff yourself... you don't--- The people lift you up in her arms singing some weird tune. Hasaheda Hasaheda ALL HAIL THE LOST ROYALTY! ALL HAIL THE LOST ROYALTY! The woman stares at me wth her gorgeous green eyes that shine like emeralds. You think: Uhh... she is probably the queen. You kneel, "Your highness.." "No, No! Dear, you are royalty! "I'm sorry but... I already have biological parents, even my DNA test matched with that and there are pictures of me being born by my mom and..." You babble. "No, dear.. that is on earth but, this is your after life." You realize that you have the same fins. and royalty probably tend to sniff themselves. "No, no.. you got it all wrong!" You say.. They give you the grand tour..  You don't like this, you know you aren't meant to be royalty, you would rather be a peasant or a guard or servant. Except, even if you aren't royalty in your afterlife you are treated the same...

Learn To Swim (Requested By My Dad)

Learn To Swim:
First of all, today we are going to learn backstroke, doggy paddle, freestyle, and just.. floating.
FIRST: Basics of doggy paddle: Stay in the water like you are standing up and kick against the water and motion your hands back in forth, there you have it, doggy paddle!
SECOND: Basics of floating: lay in the water like you are sleeping with your face torwards the sky.
THIRD: Basics of backstroke: try floating (look at steps before) but this time kick your legs, and motion you hands from the water into the sky and back down so that you know if you are about to bump into something, you feel it!
FOURTH: Basics of Freestyle: If you are in a pool, put your feet pushing against the wall, with your hands in a triangle shape in front of your face, (make sure to have goggles on, if you don’t it’s okay, just try to look straight) kick back against the wall and kick through the water and if you need to breath put one hands floating on top of the water with the other hand up in the air kind of curved with your head on the side breathing, try to alternate the sides you breath on and when you are not breathing and are underwater try to keep you hands in a triangle shape just right in front of you like you started.

These are the basics of swimming! You might need to know them, they are four simple things you can learn right now!

    There was once a girl named Elaina, she was always teased since- kindergarten... Why? You ask. She was short and tiny. She was small. She couldn't keep herself together, she always broke apart. Once she got into middle school, she started being teased for being flat because she was so small. Compared to her friend (only friend), Lizzy she was a literal ant, Lizzy was 5"2 which wasn't that tall but compared to Elaina she was big. Elaina was 4"11, short, right? Tell me about it. Once they got into high school... the real deal began. Lizzy was 5"7, tall... ay? Kind of... Whatever... Elaina was 5"2! She started getting bullied for still looking like she was flat, she was so short technically... a lot of people in her school were at least 5"11. She was stared down upon, the teacher used her head as an armrest. As she walked by boys would often rustle her hair and would become messy. Girls would laugh at that. "Someone looks like they didn't brush their hair.." One would snicker. "Someone looks like a raccoon that went in the trash." One would chuckle. "Someone looks like they have---" One would say but be cut off by me. Elaina stares and chuckles. "How do you like that?" Elaina would say with her neutral face.
  Elaina headed over to sports class. Wait, the script says that... is that even a thing? Sports class? Just call it P.E.!!! Don't make it so difficult. Whatever... Elaina flips her hair landing smack into a boy. Pfffttt... probably just those jerk boys. Elaina thinks walking away but then, she hears whimpering. Why would one of those boys whimper at a slight hair flip? She thinks. She turns around, to see a boy with brown-blond hair. In a checkered blue long sleeve shirt with a blue bow and glasses on the floor. "Oh.. my... god... I-I am puser I mean super morry I mean sorry." She babbles. "No problem..." The boy says standing up. He has a warm smile that melts the cold attitude on Elaina. Elaina's mouth drops wide open. "H-Hey... You must be new here? I've never seen you around." Elaina says, nervously, "Ye-- I neam I neam mean I Ummm... am actually coming her so I could go study at Wanford University..." He says nervously, turning red, looking at Elaina.
   Elaina less red than him she speaks up not as nervous this time. "ME TOO!" She says, excitedly. "Heh.." The guy says scratching his head. "Anyways, what's your name? My name is uhh... Elaina." Elaina says, again nervously. "Mine is Ethan... I mean... that's my name... wait... umm... my brother's name is Louis..." He babbles. "Okay, Haha! You didn't have to tell me about your brother's name!" Elaina laughs. "You might meet him! He attends this school... anyways you are really pretty umm--- short,"  he says. Suddenly Ethan's warm smile turns into icicles that want to kill Elaina. "Oh... yeah... I'm 5"2." Elaina says sadly. "What's wrong? Being short is better than being a tall I guess you could say, nerd." He asks. "It's just-- I get teased & bullied for being short.. the teachers even use my head as an armrest..." Elaina answers. "Oh... that's horrible--" Ethan gets cut off by the bell... they both have the same class and head to sports class.
   (Elaina's POV) "Okay, class... we will be talking about  Lebron James. We will be talking about his life and what he did he is 6"8, in order to be like him (cough) like a basketball player... you probably should be tall." The teacher glared which looked like she was glaring at me. Me? I like no-- love basketball... probably the best member in my little league. I always am the MVP of my team, Challenge- accepted- you get beaten and I win. The teacher never knew that I guess.. my parents are also known to be small & short. They had athletic genes I guess... never... had I ever been treated like that. A boy - Troy from my little league team stood up. "Who are you glaring at?" Troy asked the teacher. The teacher stared and him scarily, he didn't move an inch. "Elaina, I was staring at her, now sit down!" The teacher mumbles under her breath, even though the whole class hears. "Mmmmm... No! Why were you glaring at her?" He asks. "SHE'S SHORT!" She shouts. "Wow, so you decide that if she short she's horrible and sports and shouldn't have this extracurricular class--" "SHUSH!" The teacher shouts. He sits down silently. What a big scene he made out of that... who cares... I do a casual eye-roll because no one ever realizes those.
    (Ethan's POV) As I stare into her beautiful fragrance I start to forget why I was here... Wait a second.... why did I come here?.... Studies... no, it was something else, not just that. I watch as my old friend Troy stands up for her but... I can't help but notice Elaina rolled her eyes... it could be for the teacher but.. it looked more for Troy... he just helped her though? Suddenly, my watch starts dinging. "Sorry, I got to take this call, probably a checkup from my mom or dad," I say startled. "Go outside, take the call." The teacher--- Mrs. Mort says. I check the caller ID. Perfect, not my mom or dad  I thought they had an emergency but, it was Sir Gupta, my agency boss. "Ok... perfect you got the girl... kind of... you know the girl... Elaina, you have to capture her, we figure since all of our agency people want to become shorter because we barely fit through the doors that we make... weird... it's because the people that come to visit our agency... don't like how tall the door is so... we hate bending down... so... Elaina has a tiny ore inside her which is what causes her to be so short and small... we want that... so you capture her, bring her to us... we take the ore out... it may be painful... she may even die but that's how it's done... she still remains tall... also whoever is the shortest person in our agency will gain IMMUNITY from the ore! We need you to help us with this procedure." Sir Gupta explains. "N-N-O-Yes!" I say I couldn't say no... I didn't want to kill Elaina... wouldn't I go to jail? But, Sir Gupta was my father's best friend for years until he died. Suddenly... I became short... wait what? I was 5"5... what was happening.. was I hallucinating?

Ending School

   So, in my school district, we just ended school, it's supposed to end on June 7th, which was just 2 days ago, I would wait until next year to see the beautiful school campus again. My best friend, Rhea & I were admiring it. I was so sad... Rhea was moving schools next year, she hugged me and my other friend Gabby tightly, I was so sad... would we actually have the sleepover we planned or did our parent's cancel it? No..., just when I lost hope, Rhea's dad had my dad calling me and he told me I could go with Melissa or Rhea. Melissa was a friend of mine but... Rhea was moving and she was my BEST friend. So, we went to her Viola lesson and it was 30 minutes... her viola teacher was for sure the joker type. Well, apparently he knew my violin teacher and that was cool.
   But, Rhea said he knew like EVERY string teacher even her sister's string teacher. Haha, funny. So, after that, we went to Rhea's house and hung out! We hung around ate a few snacks once in a while..., we went to the pool and talked a bunch and when we went into the baby pool (no babies were inside the pool I promise) it was so cold Rhea was on the floor of the baby pool like "COld!" It was very cold! No, chilly! No, frigid! We RAN to the hot tub and talked for a while, after that we watched Netflix and ate food. My mom came to pick us up at 9:30, we said our goodbyes and we would see each other on Monday for our sleepover.

My Friend's Beach Party

      On Memorial Day, I went to my friend--Caroline's beach party well, kind of her beach party, she was the one who invited my family. I went with my mom & sister. Since we headed there at about 11:00 AM. We decided to start eating, I played with a girl named Claire--- A first grader and of course Caroline--- in the same grade as me. First,  I ate a bit of meat, rice & mango nectar. After that, my friends and my sister (and me of course) headed down to the beach which was a looooong was down. We were in Laguna Beach, we just let the wave splash on our feet and it was fun! Soon we used Claire's bucket & watering can to collect seaglass (look up what it is if you don't know what it is). After collecting a lot of different colors of seaglass-- orange, white, black, & green we headed back up.. whoof... a long way up, we ate some more food and when we saw seagulls that were trying to eat our food we would shoo them away. Later, we saw a bunny and I think it's mommy, they were really cute they stayed there believe it or not, like an hour or so! After that, me and Caroline (my sister & mom too) wanted to watch Avengers: End Game and when we watched it it was so fun! Then, when we finished watching the movie we went to Cha, a tea place, boba place & cooler place. I got a large strawberry cooler, my sister got this black tea creme, and Caroline got this regular size mango cooler.  Then, Caroline's dad came to pick her up and my mom, me, and my sister went to Kohl's to buy stuff.

Camping

      I don't know why I didn't write about this last year but, every year my family goes camping on Memorial Day with a group of friends we know. Today, I just got back from camping and my experience was overall pretty fun. Let me tell you about it: So, first, we went to O'Neil Camping Site, when we arrived, there were already a group of people that we slightly knew, well my dad kind of knew the parents and we recognized one of the people from last year's camping. My sister and brother started playing with the kids, Monkey in the middle. Oh yeah, I forgot to say, I went with my dad, older brother, & sister. While my siblings were playing, I was busy digging through the cooler, eventually, finding sushi. I ate. They played. Sooner or later, my brother and sister started playing cards/BS the game with the girl who came to last year's camp---Sabrina. After that, I played with these people who were trying to keep the fire so we could roast marshmallows which, we ended up getting to do later. Then, I watched the people of the group play Mafia and brushed my teeth and used the toilet right after that because it was near the time we should've started sleeping. We had a good night's rest after all the playing and it was great for the first night we stayed (kind of).
      Today was the second day of camping for Memorial Day, it was okay... I didn't like the fact that it rained and stopped raining because it kept on getting my hands and shoes dirty (socks too). But, before that, we woke up pretty early in the morning, my dad made some kabobs which was either chicken & pepper or beef & pepper. Next, he made some ramen because my brother wanted some, I didn't eat any but, I had some mango Calpico & white peach Calpico. After that, Oh yeah... I forgot to tell you, my family was like the only people in the group that stayed camping overnight because other people were scared that it would rain hard on their tent. So, we waited for people to come and eventually went hiking. After hiking, we headed back to play some more cards (even me) we played, Spyfall a mobile game, and ate ramen & hot dogs, we also played Mafia, a card game, and other card games that I didn't like that much. Then, it started to rain a little me and a girl named Hannah-- who also came last year was trying to keep the fire from going away because later we wanted to roast marshmallows. We never ended up getting it to stay though. Then, we got our tent and stuff in and got the car going. Now, I am here at home ready to eat dinner!

California Adventure Park. Again.

       Yesterday, I went to California Adventure Park. Again. We all thought that California Adventure Park was more fun than Disneyland so, we used our 3-Day Pass for that. ( ‾ʖ̫‾) Heh... so, after that, we headed over to California Adventure park which, was already open and free! Just like Disneyland, the environment around us was warm like the sun. We walked around, going to may places like the incredicoaster. For lunch, we ate at the same Mexican place as last time. We went to may fast and amazing places & rollercoasters. Then, we ate a bunch of snacks for dinner. It was mother's day so before that, I did give presents to my mom. :D When we got home, it was my Grandma's birthday so we ate cake and celebrated. In the end, everything was awesome! And I went to sleep having a joyful day!

Disneyland & California Adventure Park Experience

 Sorry! Haven't posted in a while, back to the normal schedule:

   So a few days ago, I went to California Adventure Park, it was my first time going but, let's go a little back when I went to Disneyland. So, I had left my house a little after 7:00 AM, and all my normal home experiences. After we left, we drove into the parking lot and were picked up by the shuttle to go to the amusement park, this was not that important but, I overheard a little conversation with parents talking about their kids and how excited their kids were. After a while, the gates (it did not take too long) had opened to Disneyland, we discussed with my brother, mother, and sister where we would go next time we came or what we should get a FastPass for. Oh... yeah! I forgot to mention that when the gates opened we were welcomed with a warming city environment, it felt safe and it was designed like a city, there were many cool rollercoasters but, they weren't the best, they weren't scary with deep dives or sudden stops then HUGE drops but, I guess it was designed like that so, I should accept it, We ate at a few places. That was a great experience I guess! This was super cool to experience! It was great for my first time going to Disneyland.
       At California Adventure Park, it was super fun! We did this thing called Soarin', where there was a blue screen and it kind of made us feel like we were flying in a plane, soaring around the whole wide world. There was the Incredicoaster that had steep drops, a loopsie loop and was super fast. There was a Ferris Wheel that we were swinging in a gondola, It was fast! (I have to admit I screamed). There were lots more fun rollercoasters and attractions, we ate at a Mexican place, and my brother just decided to get sourdough bread with soup inside. It was delicious! We went to super cool places and we had churros and popcorn as a snack as well! Near the end, we went to Soarin' again, Soarin' was my mom's favorite! We also went to the Guardians of Galaxy Ride which, I was told used to be called Tower of Terror, we went up and down for a little then, a big DROP! From high up. These were my experiences at both California Adventure Park & Disneyland! It was fantastic.
