My goals for the year:
1. To listen more carefully (How I can reach that goal: I can try to listen and not get distracted.)
2. Reduce Stress (How I can reach that goal: I can try to do things right away, so if I have other worksheets I won't have to worry.)
3. Stop making things harder than is supposed to be. (How I can reach that goal: I can stop saying things to stress people out.)
These are my goals for 2018!
If anyone else is planning out goals, you should right down the goals and write how you can achieve that goal so that, you know how to get the goal done.
